Message from the Principal

Angela WichersDear Families,

It’s with great excitement that we welcome you to a new year at Amphi Middle! Whether your child is new to middle school or entering their final year with us, they are part of a vibrant community that values learning, connection, and kindness.

Middle school is a unique and important time in your child’s life. These years are filled with opportunities to learn, take risks, and build lasting relationships, and we’re proud to walk alongside your family on this journey.

Together, we can help students thrive by:

  • Creating structure at home: A consistent routine supports focus and reduces stress.
  • Encouraging curiosity: Ask your child what they’re learning, what they wonder about, or what they’re passionate about.
  • Modeling balance: Help students find time for homework, creativity, movement, and rest.
  • Being present: Whether it’s helping with an assignment or simply being available to listen, your presence matters.
  • Focusing on the whole child: Celebrate growth in character, responsibility, and empathy, not just academics.
  • Staying connected: ParentSquare is a great way to stay informed and communicate with teachers and staff.

We’re so thankful for your partnership and excited to build another year of growth, learning, and community together.

In partnership,

Angela Wichers
